Summary
Due to continued growth, TELL ME MORE® is actively seeking a talented and motivated “HUNTER” to join our sales team and it’s inside sales philosophy. The position is located in our North American Headquarters in sunny Phoenix, Arizona near Sky Harbor Airport.
We are currently recruiting ambitious and professional Inside Sales Consultants to help us with new account acquisition within a defined territory. Upon successful completion of our in house training program, incumbents will embark upon a rewarding career as “hunters”; bringing their prospecting skills to a new level. They will walk prospective clients through the entire sales cycle beginning with prospecting and concluding with purchase of complete language learning solution. The ultimate goal of this position is to broaden the TELL ME MORE® customer base and develop long term business relationships.
The Language Solutions Consultant will sell our TELL ME MORE® Language Learning software and services to their assigned sector (higher education & K-12, libraries, corporations, or government) in their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain new and current business through lead follow up, marketing campaigns, and prospecting
- Develop and construct reports on sales and/or marketing plans
- Manage existing accounts and expand current implementations
- Learn and maintain a sophisticated knowledge level of product offerings
- Facilitate product presentations and trainings
- Track customer and prospect information using our CRM
- Support marketing efforts by attending and assisting in various trade shows/conferences
Qualifications
- A tested and proven track record in inside sales, with 2-5 years experience, B2B or Education Market preferred.
- Experience selling in a consultative sales approach environment
- A passion for driving the full sales life-cycle including prospecting, lead generation, contact, presentation, relationship building, negotiating, proposal writing, closing and account management.
- Travel to client sites only up to 33% for the year.
- Excellent telephone and customer-facing presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook and Excel).

- BA/BS strongly preferred
- Second Language ability preferred
- Experience in Internet technologies and online learning
